Description:This is an advertisement concept based on Howard Schultz’s response (Starbucks CEO) to a homophobic stakeholder at the annual shareholders’ meeting in 2013, which clearly spoke to the company’s pro-gay marriage stance. I thought this would be a great message to promote to potential employees as part of a recruitment advertisement. The message of diversity and acceptance is an important one, and I wanted to blend these ideas into the Starbucks brand.
